Holland & Barrett launches a new, own-brand Sports Nutrition range, TriActive. The innovative range offers a first-to-market blend of clinically studied ingredients designed to support exercise performance, recovery and focus for all levels.
Developed by leading scientists, TriActive is designed to optimise the three key pillars of nutritional performance: Body, Mind & Muscle, providing a holistic approach to endurance, recovery, and overall physical and mental resilience. The 16-strong product range includes performance smoothies, super greens with added benefits, pre-workout drinks, and energy & focus bars, all designed to integrate seamlessly into daily routines and support fitness activities—whether you're exercising in the morning, aiming for a park run personal best, or competing at the highest level.

The new range combines a unique and trademarked blend of ingredients to support muscle recovery and performance. Designed to be as delicious as it is functional packed with protein, vitamins, and minerals (including 26 of your daily vitamins and minerals), as well as ingredients to support joint and ligament function, and supercharged options like Haskap Berry or Curranz™ which are rich in antioxidants and phytonutrients. It includes creatine, proven to boost physical performance and support mental focus, along with a powerful blend of super greens to help keep both mind and body in peak condition.
Experts at Holland & Barrett spent over a year developing this revolutionary range, responding to customer insights that showed a growing demand for versatile, nutritious, everyday sports nutrition solutions that taste great. It also addresses feedback from regular exercisers seeking sports nutrition they can trust, that is science-backed wholesome and nutritious, and will support their performance and recovery.
The entire TriActive range is also Informed Sport Certified, meaning Holland & Barrett offers the largest range of Informed Sport nutrition products, with over 100 product lines suitable for professional athletes to use confidently as part of their training routine. This certification requires the highest level of third-party quality assurance and testing against banned substances in sport for every batch produced.
This newest own brand launch from Holland & Barrett comes as it has radically transformed its sports category offering, introducing more than 100 lines of sports NPD this year. Alongside TriActive, H&B also relaunched its own brand range, Precision Engineered, and has introduced market leading branded ranges, including MyProtein, with five Origins lines launching exclusively in H&B stores, and the trending Podium range.
H&B’s TriActive range will be available for customers to shop online from December, and in stores from January 2025.
